I really enjoyed talking about this, and I think it comes across in the video. It is such an important difference – Setting Goals is easy. Getting Goals is simple, but not easy.

Let me explain. If I asked you what it takes to achieve a goal of losing 5 pounds weight in 3 weeks, and everybody would say “easy, eat less, mainly fruit and vegetables, and move more”. The mechanics are simple. But why is it so difficult to do it?
